Returns & Exchange Policy

At JerseyJocks, we are committed to delivering high-quality products that resonate with the traditional craftsmanship of our jerseys. We understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations, and we’ve made our returns and exchange process as simple as possible.

Domestic Returns & Exchange

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, here’s what you can do:

– Contact us at support@jerseyjocks.com with detailed imagery and information regarding the issue alongside your order details, and we will initiate an exchange or refund promptly.

Please note:

– Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged in transit or if you received the incorrect item.
– To be eligible for a return, the product must be unworn and in its original packaging.
– Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase. Beyond this period, products are not eligible for return or exchange.
– Shipping charges are non-refundable.

International Returns & Exchange

For our international customers, the returns and exchange policy is as follows:

Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Delivery:

Once you’ve placed your order for jerseys, please allow us 3-4 working weeks to process your order. If you’ve opted for custom jerseys, we will dedicate 7 working days to meticulously craft the designs of your choice and process the order accordingly. Once this process is complete, your order will be shipped.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

– Domestic Orders: After processing, please expect your order to arrive within 3-4 working weeks.
– International Orders: After processing, please expect your order to arrive within 5-6 working weeks.

Please note that delivery times may vary based on the destination and any unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped so you can monitor its progress.
