If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that cancellations are not guaranteed.

If your order has already been processed or is in production after the 48-hour window, we regret that we cannot cancel it. In this case, our standard return policy will apply.

Exceptions

* Orders with customizations, such as names, numbers, or designs, cannot be cancelled after the 48-hour window.
* Special order items, such as custom fabrics or colors, cannot be cancelled after the 48-hour window.
