Domestic Returns & Exchange
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, here’s what you can do:
– Contact us at support@jerseyjocks.com with detailed imagery and information regarding the issue alongside your order details, and we will initiate an exchange or refund promptly.
Please note:
– Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged in transit or if you received the incorrect item.
– To be eligible for a return, the product must be unworn and in its original packaging.
– Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase. Beyond this period, products are not eligible for return or exchange.
– Shipping charges are non-refundable.
International Returns & Exchange
For our international customers, the returns and exchange policy is as follows:
– The product is eligible for return or exchange only if you’ve received a wrong product or the product is damaged in transit.
– Notify us at support@jerseyjocks.com with the relevant details within 7 days of receiving your product.
– Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you find any defects, damages, or discrepancies such as receiving the wrong item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the situation and address the issue.
Exchanges
For the quickest service, we suggest that you return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
